1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Loko, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Usage

Our service aggregates public train information and PNR details for user convenience. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of realtime data from third-party sources. All schedules, availability, and routing logic should be verified before travel.

3. Fair Use

Automated queries, excessive usage, or attempting to bypass security mechanisms (including but not limited to the X-Session-Key protocol) will result in an immediate IP ban. Our API is strictly for the frontend app associated with Loko.
